Return Policy

It’s important to us the parts you receive are exactly what you’re looking for! If components are missing, damaged, or incorrect we want the chance to make it right! If you ordered the wrong parts we will work with you to return them to us. 

Please note we do not offer exchanges. Credit or replacements will be issued In this case.

To expedite your return, please attach photos of the product if you are returning them for the following reasons:

  • Damaged Parts

  • Missing components

  • Wrong parts shipped



Returns must be submitted to within 30 days of the delivery date.

Ordered Incorrectly/Parts not needed

In instances where returns are due to unwanted products or products that were ordered incorrectly, a 15% re-stocking fee will apply, and if the product needs to be returned, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the requester. Generally, these returns will be resolved the same day, if submitted Monday-Friday, a refund will be issued within 2-3 business days. However, if it is a high-value order a refund will not be issued until we receive the product back in our warehouse. Products that are to be returned should be in new/unused condition.

Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable (NCNR)

Unfortunately, parts that are Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable (NCNR), which is acknowledged upon purchase, are not returnable. These parts were ordered from a manufacturer on your behalf, and will not be able to return them.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products Received

For defective, damaged, or incorrect products received, please include photos of the product as well as a detailed description of the issue. These types of returns will need to go under review, and we will communicate the next steps within 3-5 business days.

Returning Products

Once a return is accepted, you will receive an email that contains a pre-authorization from the returns department along with return instructions. Be sure to include this on the package(s) that you will be returning to
